How long will my order take?

Most US orders arrive 5 to 12 business days from the day you order.

Every piece is made after you order it, so there are two stages:

Production: 2 to 5 business days
Shipping within the USA: 3 to 7 business days

You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Why does it take longer than other stores?

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is made when someone orders it.

That means no overproduction, no landfill run at the end of a season, and no design watered down to guess at what a warehouse could move. It costs a few days. It is worth them.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing, anywhere in the United States. No minimum, no threshold to reach, no cart total to hit.

International orders ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. International delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after production. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

How do the pieces fit?

The catalog runs in four cuts:

Modern fit sits true to size with a clean, structured line
Vintage wash wears relaxed and softer, with a lived-in hand
Oversized is cut deliberately roomy
Cropped is shortened through the body

Measurements for every size are on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email before you order and you will get a straight recommendation.

And if the fit is not right when it arrives, the exchange is free and you do not send the first one back. More on that below.

What is the difference between the two collections?

Essential Print Tees are screen printed. Eight pieces.

Luxury Core Collection is embroidered, including at the wrist. Thirteen pieces, covering hoodies, crewnecks, cropped hoodies and sweatpants.

The embroidery is the reason for the price difference. It is stitched, not printed, and it holds up over years rather than washes.

What if the size is wrong?

Email your order number and the size you need. The correct size ships free.

You do not need to send the first one back. Keep it, or pass it to someone who will wear it.

One exchange per item. If you need a second size change on the same piece, you will be asked to send the previous one back and return shipping is covered.

What if I want a refund instead?

Email your order number. The refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

For orders under $150, which is everything in this store, you do not need to send the item back.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The window starts on delivery, not on the day you ordered.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and a replacement ships at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original.

The same goes for a package that tracking shows never arrived. Get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and it will be replaced or refunded.

How do I take care of it?

Wash cold, inside out
Tumble dry low, or hang dry
No bleach, no fabric softener
If you iron, avoid the print and the embroidery directly

Turning a garment inside out before washing is the single thing that most extends the life of both a print and a stitch.

Do you take custom or wholesale orders?

How do I hear about new pieces first?

Join the list at the bottom of any page. New pieces go to that list before they go anywhere else, and your first order is 10 percent off.

Who is behind this?

Soul Power Creations started in 2010, went quiet for a long stretch, and came back. It is run by Naphtali D. Anderson out of Brockton, Massachusetts.
