Returns and Exchanges

Yes. Soul Power Creations accepts returns and exchanges.

Your window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange, return or refund. The window starts on delivery, not on the day you ordered.

How to start

Email naphtali@soulpowercreations.com with your order number and what you would like to do. If the item arrived damaged or misprinted, include a photo. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.

Size exchanges

If the fit is not right, I will send you the correct size at no charge.

Email your order number and the size you need. You do not need to send the first piece back. Keep it, or pass it to someone who will wear it.

One exchange per item. If you need a second size change on the same piece, I will ask you to return the previous one first and I will cover that shipping.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund, email your order number and I will issue it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

For orders under $150 you do not need to send the item back.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and I will replace the item at no cost to you. You do not need to send the original back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package did not arrive, contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and I will replace or refund it.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, face masks and sealed products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the package is returned to the facility. Once you confirm the correct address, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
